Friendly Customer Service I just took my Optima in for Service. Greeted by my Service Advisor Noah Roman. Signed the car in and he showed the way to Customer lounge since the I just took my Optima in for Service. Greeted by my Service Advisor Noah Roman. Signed the car in and he showed the way to Customer lounge since the Dealership is Remodeling the normal service entrance. Explained it would take just about 1 hour. When the car was ready he came into the waiting room, explained the work that was done . After taking care of Paperwork with the cashier he walked me to the Car.
