Over all very pleased and happy with our new purchase and experience. I did receive a text from Alexandra Gomez that I was a little taken back by. She was nice at the dealership and showed me some of the technical details inside the car, but I got a text from hee regarding the survey where she screenshot every part of the survey and what I should respond with even writing out specifically to put "Alexandra Gomez was amazing and that's why I gave this score" and that if I can't put that on the survey to not do the survey at all because she loses her bonus...I thought that was a little unprofessional. We mainly dealt with Manny and Jordan and they were amazing. I have a friend who is looking for a Telluride that I will be sending your way!! More
