This is my 3rd car from DeLand Kia, Daniel was our salesman and he was awesome! Let me know when my car was arriving (in transit) and then made the whole deal easy. Took longer for them to prep the car for us than to actually buy the car and do the paperwork. Michael helped us set up the Bluetooth in my new car(im not that tech savy!)Always have great service here,they even do my husband's oil changes on his ram truck. Very happy and would definitely recommend deland kia to anybody wanting a great car and an easy buying process. More

Spent all day working with Alexandra and she advised I was approved in her words a “done deal.” Selected the car virtually and submitted all paperwork that was asked for.I tripled check and asked her plea was approved in her words a “done deal.” Selected the car virtually and submitted all paperwork that was asked for.I tripled check and asked her please let me know so that I’m not driving 1 hr and 1/2 for nothing. She kept saying it was a done deal not to worry. On my way to the dealership I called her just to ensure it was good to go. She said it’s a done deal and She will wait for me. 30mins later I arrived and her attitude was so different. She advised me that the car was sold. I asked her if she was serious she said yes. Then I was like why didn’t you tell me and her attitude was very dismissive and so inconsiderate. She could have approached it differently as well have told me the situation her I called. It’s sad that when people are trying to get a second opportunity and get ahead in life they cross path with someone who makes the believe it’s going to be ok yet they do the opposite. It’s sad how this dealership takes advantage of peoples time with no respect given. It’s also funny how they advertise only shopping approval and delivery of the car yet they still make you go to see the car. It’s was rude and disrespectful of her and she truly gives a bad reputation for Deland Kia. More
DeLand Kia’s sales and service staff is awesome. They go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Alex in the service department made it possible to up my appointment the same day for my oil change. The detail crew did a fantastic job on my car and was very affordable. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the wait time, but when your service department is good, I guess it should be expected. Alex had the shuttle crew take me to local stores to pass the time. I was able to do my shopping while waiting for my car to get done and the detail job turned out great. I’m so happy I decided to go with DeLand Kia verses the others, their the best. Keep up the good work DeLand Kia. More
I have purchased my last two cars from Deland Kia. I started my car and the battery was dead. I called the emergency number they gave me. They came got it started. everytime i go to this xxxx dealership all they care about is making a profit and not caring about there customers. i been going here since 2015 because i bought a brand new kia rio 2015 Lx when it firs about is making a profit and not caring about there customers. i been going here since 2015 because i bought a brand new kia rio 2015 Lx when it first came off the truck with only 5 miles on it and 7 yrs later i went through 18K in parts and not one hardly part lasted over 3 yrs as they claim. i went through 2 exhaust manifold cat converter and they expect me to pay them 1900 bucks for 1 yr and what would happen if it took a xxxx nothing gonna pay it again... to me that is bad customerservice and everytime i go there for a oil change they like to rush you into a brand new car? i told the sales guy 2 go xxxx himself because all they care about is $ they got lawsuits due to engine fires and electrical issues and they cant even bother to help me fix my issues but want me to buy a new rio or forte. if u cant fix the issues i have with my car that i bought from you why would i buy another 1? i own this Kio Rio im pretty sure after i write this review it will be blocked due to your reputation... i have over 170k miles and all they care about is xxxxxxx me into a new car instead of telling me the truth about fixing my xxxx car that cost over 1million over 7 yrs.
