I came in because of an advertisement I received in the mail. When Dale asked if I was interested in buying a car, I honestly didn't believe I qualified. I figured if they could find something that I would probably get a used car. When Roger came back he said they were putting me in a new 2012! Me and my wife came in to look at a Kia Forte and Met with Ken one night right before closing and got some good info. We looked at some other dealers just to price check and even check out cars to make with Ken one night right before closing and got some good info. We looked at some other dealers just to price check and even check out cars to make sure we were getting what we wanted and alot of them seemed to pressure us and we had to buy then and were very pushy. We then made in back to Deland Kia a few days later and we experinced none of that. Ken and several others were very easy going and answered alot of questions. We took a Forte for a test drive and worked out a deal that fit for us. I have a few cards on me and would definately refer anyone wanting to buy a car new or used to check out Deland Kia. More

My husband had done a great deal of research prior to our initial foray into the shark infested waters of car shopping. He was sold on Kia and I had a friend who survived a head on crash (not her fault)in her Kia, so the only decision we needed to make was between the Sedona or the Sorento. We went to two dealerships prior to our trip to Deland Kia. One experience was pressure filled and the other place couldn't get the Sorento we wanted to test drive to start. My husband actually sold me on the Sorento. I thought I wanted another minivan(Sedona) but when I got in it I felt like I was in my Honda. It was very nice but way too familiar. My husband got me in a Sorento and I loved all the exciting features. I had previously asked a total stranger at a convenience store how he liked his Kia and he had great things to say and one of them was to go to Deland Kia. So, on our way home from dealer 2 we went to Deland Kia. It was raining, there was only 15 minutes to closing and up came Meshach. He was very helpful, not pushy and even let me test drive a Sorento even though we were going past closing time. We went back another day and got a great car. Meshach and all the people we dealt with at Deland Kia were terrific. I especially enjoyed the bumper to bumper tutorial we received. Very informative. We will recommend this dealership to all our friends and any total strangers who ask me how I like my Kia. More

After doing extensive research into the type of vehicle I wanted, and choosing a Kia Optima, I was disappointed to have a bad experience with my local Kia dealership.
