This was the BEST cay buying experience I've ever had. I had been to other KIA dealers prior toDeland Kia. No other dealership made me feel comfortable and welcome as Deland Kia did. Other dealers "just w had been to other KIA dealers prior toDeland Kia. No other dealership made me feel comfortable and welcome as Deland Kia did. Other dealers "just wanted to sell a car". I didn't feel comfortabe with the others. At Deland Kia, they made me feel wanted, not just a number for the sales board. Deland Kia listened to ME! They worked hard to meet my needs, especially my credit needs. Also, after the sale the family treatment continued. I can't thanks Foster enough for going over the vehicle. I felt I understood what,how, why things worked and when through, drove off the lot with MY car, not a car. More

My last three car purchases have been with Carmax. I have not gone to a regular car dealership in years. They made my experience extremely comfortable. All the sales persons and the finance guy just w have not gone to a regular car dealership in years. They made my experience extremely comfortable. All the sales persons and the finance guy just wanted to make my purchase what I could afford. I believe they all went above and beyond what they would normally do to make my car available for me to purchase. Thanks so very to Roger, Foster and Debbie. You guys are the best. More

We went to look at a vehicle under 10,000 the salesman showed us several and said we could most likely get them financed but never really seemed motivated enough to actually find out. several vehicles th showed us several and said we could most likely get them financed but never really seemed motivated enough to actually find out. several vehicles they could not even tell us for sure what they were going to be priced at .I dont think he introduced him self or gave us a card or asked for our number ..guess they will never be called a pushy salesman ,but a little more ambitiuos would of been nice More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!! But if you really feel the need to please make sure if you are going to purchase a car from here they have actually approved your financing before leaving with really feel the need to please make sure if you are going to purchase a car from here they have actually approved your financing before leaving with the car, or you could end up getting a call one week later saying no one will finance you and the car has to be returned. That is what happened to me after driving my car home one week ago. Even triple asking the so-called finance dept if our financing was approved while we were signing our life away, and getting the response "you wouldn't be driving a car home today if it wasn't" doesnt mean anything to these people. The lack of proffesionalism I recieved while being informed of this blew me away. 1. I was yelled at and hung up on after telling the employee I would be calling their corporate office, and becuase according to them "I should have known this",and 2. Being laughed at by both finance people on speaker phone. When I said I was glad he was getting a kick out of this situation, the finance employee responded "Yeah, uh-huh. Bye" and hung up. Extreme lack of professionalism and they will promise you anything to get a sale. Avoid them at all costs! More

We had a great experience at Deland Kia. We'd gone to a lot of other dealerships but Deland Kia had the exact model we wanted and actually sold it to us instead of trying to talk us into a more expensive c lot of other dealerships but Deland Kia had the exact model we wanted and actually sold it to us instead of trying to talk us into a more expensive car we didn't want. The customer service was excellent and we went home with our car happy. Every service we've had has been complimentary and great. Excellent dealership, excellent experience. More
