We went to take a look at the 2022 Telluride in person Matt Palmer was the first one who came to us to assist us. We told him we wanted to take a look at the 2022 Telluride in person to see if it was some Matt Palmer was the first one who came to us to assist us. We told him we wanted to take a look at the 2022 Telluride in person to see if it was something we would consider purchasing. With no pressure or persistence he answered our questions, showed us a few and educated us on the different trim packages. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and NOT a pushy sales person at all. We decided to come back the next day to purchase the vehicle we went to look at. Due to the customer service and professionalism he provided I made sure to get his business card and made an appointment to meet with him the next morning. I am pleased to have had him as my salesman. I will be referring my daughter and others to him as she will be ready to purchase her telluride in the coming months. I would also like to mention everyone we encountered at the Deland Kia dealership was pleasant and very friendly. More
