I usually have no issues with my maintenance at this location, but had been meaning to get around to replacing cabin air filter after it went it’s 20K miles. When I went to grab the old filter to check location, but had been meaning to get around to replacing cabin air filter after it went it’s 20K miles. When I went to grab the old filter to check it, I found it was about 2/3’s the size it should’ve been, and was not truly filtering like designed. To say the least, this is frustrating that when I had them replace it last time it took an extra 2 hours due to not having it in stock, but assumed they wouldn’t put the incorrect filter in my system, potentially causing issues later down the line. This now makes me question what work is actually done, and if it’s done correctly. More
