I've never had the buyers remorse on my vehicle. I've never had buyers remorse from the location. My service representative is Noah Roman, and he's always taken care of me. Everything was good except for one nitpick - their should be some kind of signage or something telling people where to park/where to go to get waited on. My 2016 Kia Cadenza was brought in for a windshield recall. They did the oil change but someone was seeing how to address the recall. As usual, you wait and wait and when you ask what’s going on they recall. They did the oil change but someone was seeing how to address the recall. As usual, you wait and wait and when you ask what’s going on they suddenly have an answer. Service was to call me when they knew their glass man’s schedule. They have never called! Went to Daytona Kia and was properly taken care of. There are nothing but complaints about DeLand Kia on social media! More
