We are new to Deland and this was my first service oil/filter change appointment at Deland KIA. The service period was estimated to be one hour. It took. 1hr. and 55 minutes. I went to the service oil/filter change appointment at Deland KIA. The service period was estimated to be one hour. It took. 1hr. and 55 minutes. I went to the service desk at 1.5 hours to learn the status of my car. I understand things happen. But, please just let me know there is a delay beyond expectation. I don't know if DeLand KIA performs a courtesy car wash after service. My car was not washed in any event. If I must ask for this, please tell me. I was able to use your June 20% maintenance discount coupon. Thank you. More
