Simply said, the best car buying experience ever. My last three car purchases were from the same dealership. They no longer carry the make of car I liked. This was an extremely frustrating experience. It was impossible to obtain any information other than “come in and take a test drive”. This was after I had already explained I had driven one and was attempting to find out option information. I submitted a request via the TrueCar Buying site. I received a prompt email from Debbie Zebuth at Deland Kia. She was very informative and cleared up all the questions I had. She then gave me an out the door price over the phone that was very competitive. After looking at the vehicle with my wife we decided to buy it. There were no added fees or surprises. I made arrangements to financé with my own bank and went back the next day to pick up the car. Every thing was ready to go and the whole process took less than an hour. The operation and features of the car were explained to me in detail when I picked it up and Debbie gave me her cell and assured me it was fine to call her if I had any questions later. It was a great expperience. we have returned 4 times looking at souls and mich has called us when he got one in in the color and packages we wanted. during these trips no one pressured us to buy until we were ready. we bought our soul on oct 3 from mich with the help of Roger the sales manager. roger gave us a great deal. eric in finance explained everything thoroughly and got us in and out quickly with no pressure to buy any extras. The service department detailed our soul and made sure the pin stripe was painted on before we took it home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
