We have emailed this customer back and forth several times in an attempt to correct the issue they were having with their car. They were able to have the problem corrected by another mechanic, so their Rio is now running right. We do not pretend to be perfect and sometimes are not able to diagnose every problem. We do however do everything we can to make sure we take care of our customers until we can have them back on the road. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and when we fail, we learn from the experience and do not repeat it again.
