Deland Kia

On July 3, my wife and I visited Deland Kia to look at the Kia Soul. We recently purchased an RV and after much research decided that the Soul would be one of the vehicles we would consider towing behind the Kia Soul. Jamil greeted us as we entered and listened to what we wanted instead of trying to find a vehicle with lots of extra bells and whistles that we did not want. What a change from other dealerships! He was friendly, courteous and attentive. We have not driven the car very far as yet but we like its performance so far and the warranty beats evey othe vehicle we looked at. We are looking forward to a long relationship with Deland Kia. More

My husband and I decided after ten years we would go the new car route again. So he researched various cars that met the criteria we were looking for and I wanted to check out the Kiya Optima. She contacted me by phone and left a message which I returned and made an appointment. We went to the dealership and I immediately saw the Optima that I wanted. Monica was very knowledgeable about the vehicle which impressed my researcher husband and made me feel that I was making the right choice of the Optima. I orginially went to Kia to just look around and check on the pricing. Joe was very nice and had me take a test drive on the Kia 2014 Forte. I have a 2010 Hyundai Elantra and am very happy with it. But I still wasn't going to buy a new car, not at this time. I drove the Forte and was very pleased with the performance and the extras that was included on the car. The camera that is on while backing up and very helpful and a wonderful added feature. Joe and all the staff was quite friendly and answered any questions I had. The manager came over and asked how eveything was going. Even other district managers were there and all was pleasant and quite helpful. Well I was giving an offer that I couldn't refuse and now I am a proud owner of a Kia Forte. The Handling of the car of great and smooth and gets me good gas mileage. I have told friends and family where I went and who helped me and told them to go see Joe Nestore at Deland Kia. More

I recently bought a 2005 dakota Truck from DeLand Kia. Matt was my salesperson. I called Matt that morning to inquire about the truck after seeing it on the Kia website. I told him I would be up later to look at the truck. When i arrived, Matt had already had the truck brought up to the front of the dealership and it was unlocked and ready for me to look at it. They made me a quality offer for my trades and included a brand new set of tires for my truck. I returned the following Monday for my tires. Was in and out of service quickly. I noticed a vibration with the truck after the new tires and called Matt. He immediately went to see Darrell in service who called me right away. They brought me right back in and had their tech ride with me. He noticed immediately the problem, did a rebalance of all the tires and now the truck rides great. Throughout all of this process Matt followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with everything. It is great to do business with an honest person that does what he says he will do. Deland Kia was honestly not initially my first choice due to its proximity to Jacksonville, FL and my leisure destinations. The dealers that I had the misfortune in dealing with prior to Deland Kia provided me with changing prices on the buyer's contracts and not delivering options requested.
