My experience was awesome at this dealership from the moment I walked in. Monica worked with her managers to try and get me out of a bad situation with my previous car. She just said she would try her best. She was very genuine and compassionate to my situation. Once the deal was done she helped me move everything from my old car to my brand new Kia Optima. Candy was my finance person and she worked the deal so hard with lenders that she got my interest rate at almost half what she quoted and my payments almost $80 less per month than I thought! I would recommend Kia Deland to everybody and must say it was worth my 45 mile drive! More
My father is a 92 year old WWII vet. He recently went to DeLand KIA to gather information for a possible future car purchase. Soon after he came home we did some quick research and realized that he had been overcharged by at least $3000. We went back to the dealership with him, but of course they were intransigent. Insisting they had done nothing illegal. Is the shameless exploitation of a 92 year old WWII vet illegal? Is it illegal to take advantage of the infirmities of an exceptionally nice old dude? It certainly should be. For friendliness, it was all false, which is why I gave such a low score. The overall experience was truly dreadful - my Dad now feels terrible for falling prey, and the price was ridiculously over what it should have been. More

He very specifically said he didn't want to do anything without one of his kids there. An hour or two later, Dan and Tom had talked him out of having any of his kids present and into buying a 2010 Toyota Corolla-- for something in the area of $3000 MORE than its stated Blue Book value. With a 7-year loan. Seven years. Which means that he will be 99 years old by the time it's paid off. It almost sounds like a joke but, believe me, it's not. When we returned to the dealership to get things straightened out, no one would do anything to rectify the situation. At all. As they pointed out, they hadn't done anything illegal. No, simply immoral...and verging on elder abuse. Appalling. More

When they didn't have what we were hoping to find she suggested that we consider a Soul because of availability, price, point and value. She was not pushy but friendly and informative. We drove it and loved it, something that has never happened with myself and a car before. We decided to find out what we could expect to pay, still information gathering. Basically, Deland Kia gave us a deal we couldn't refuse. They gave us an offer, sight unseen on our trade in and let us take the vehicle home before we brought our trade-in to them. At no point in time did we feel pressured or manipulated. We have felt that say with other buying experiences in the past and have always walked out never to return. From start to finish everything went very smoothly and was relatively painless. All of the people we dealt with and talked to, in addition to Monica, seemed really interested in meeting our needs. They offered but never pushed extras that pump up the price. I would highly recommend checking here if you are in the market for a car. Worth the little extra drive. More
We are not come completely satisfied with our purchase from this dealership. In the beginning, we were pleased with Adam, however since leaving the dealership, we found issues with the vehicle we purchase from this dealership. Her negotiations were pleasant and fair. She had the best attitude from the beginning to end of the deal. I had had a poor experience at a competing Kia dealership the day before coming to DeLand Kia which had nearly completely turned me away from the brand. Monica and her sales team quickly reinvigorated my excitement for Kia! They made me feel respected and treated me like a valued customer. They earned my business and I'll definitely send friends and family their way! I don't think I could have had a better experience. I definitely recommend them! More

Yamil was very welcoming. He was never pushy, never talked bad about my current vehicle. My father originally went to a couple of of Kia Dealerships where he didn't receive good customer service nor fe talked bad about my current vehicle. He didn't have the best credit however Kia of Deland and Yamil worked with my father to get him into a new Kia Sportage that he absolutely loves without breaking the bank. The payments are reasonable and he is very happy with the purchase. My father told me about his good experience and referred me to Yamil because he knew I had been thinking about getting an Optima for the last couple of months. I too received the customer service my father received, was able to trade in my car for the Optima and love it! I am happy with the payments and they were able to accomadate my wants with the car. They really do what it takes to get your business. A nice added bonus, my father got $200 for referring me to Kia. More
I went there to buy my first brand new car and am almost 50 so i was nervous. from a phone call from monica 15 minutes after i was on line looking i already felt more at ease.When i got to dealership i was 50 so i was nervous. from a phone call from monica 15 minutes after i was on line looking i already felt more at ease.When i got to dealership i was welcomed and greeted by just about everyone who made eye contact.they offered not only a drink but food also and i hadnt even said yes to a test drive .monica explained everything to us and then a test drive.loved the kia soul .Then came tom who talked money and worked it out so we could drive a brand new kia home that day and i forgot mark who sits in an office and gets all that paperwork ready before you even get back there.Last but certainly not least is kristina who does whatever anyone wants her to from coffee to questions to setting up future appt. for your new kia free oil changes.I WOULD NOT ONLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP IF I EVER BUY ANOTHER CAR I WILL GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
