The people at this dealership, from the service department to new car sales are extremely professional and helpful. I scheduled a new car test drive (Kia Soul) to kill the time while waiting for an department to new car sales are extremely professional and helpful. I scheduled a new car test drive (Kia Soul) to kill the time while waiting for an oil change on my aging Kia Sedona. I told the sales person up front that I did not need a car yet, but was considering a Soul some time in the future. She remained helpful and courteous during the drive and afterward when I walked away to pick up my car at the service department. No pressure at all. I came back later with my husband and we decided to buy the Soul. The negotiations were straight forward and fair. I would highly recommend this dealership. Lori Burbank More
This dealership specifically targets senior citizens and takes advantage of them. One affable 90-something was given a six-year loan (!), a 50,000-mile warranty on a car with over 40,000 miles, and the price on the written contract was $3,000 more than what he was quoted. When he tried to put the deal off until his children could be present, he was pressured to sign. Shame on Deland Kia. More
Our 92 year old friend, a kind hearted WWII veteran recently purchased a car at DeLand Kia. He went to the dealership to explore buying a car and was bullied...conned... into purchasing the car on the recently purchased a car at DeLand Kia. He went to the dealership to explore buying a car and was bullied...conned... into purchasing the car on the spot...even though our friend protested several times stating that he wanted his daughter present before he signed anything. The car was bought at above market value...our friend was clearly conned...treated without respect to his requests for a family member to present and now saddled with 6 years of car payments! I hate to think that used car salesmen actually do live up to their reputation. More

We traded in our little older than 2yr old Kia Soul, and bought a new 2013 Kia Soul. I love my Souls. The only problem I found with buying a new car is that we pretty much had to down grade from what we had bought a new 2013 Kia Soul. I love my Souls. The only problem I found with buying a new car is that we pretty much had to down grade from what we had. The new car didn't have a sunroof, or lighted speakers, and had smaller tires. But other than that I am very happy with the new car. We were able to keep the payment close to the same as we had before. That was our goul. Everyone we taked with was very professional, and nice. Any time someone ask me how I like my Soul I always tell them I love it! That even if I won the lottery, I would still have me a Soul!!! Thank you very much! More

The Sorentos' we looked at were very nice,but did not hit the hot spot. Monica asked if we wanted to look at the KIA Sportage.My wife and I were very pleased by the sporty design and the sharp looks and ride of the Sportage we took. The only issue I thought with the Sportage was it was 2013 brand new vehicle and we were looking to buy a used vehicle due to costs. Monica stated that Deland Kia was very aggressive in sales and that we should give the staff the opportunity to earn our business. This turned out to be the most satisfying experience that we have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Monica and the staff that worked with us on the purchase including the sales manager Tom and used car manager Doug were terrific. They,representing Deland KIA made the purchase of the 2013 KIA Sportage work for my wife and I. We are very happy with our Sportage and want KIA to know what a great team they have at DeLand KIA. Well, it's been 3 weeks since Deland Kia was recommended to me by a work associate. I was reluctant to call them because they are 30 miles from our home in Seminole County. But I promised. Here's how it went - I reached out to Monica Lewis on a Friday afternoon. The conversation went well and it was left that I would be in touch with her. Still wanting to do business closer to home, we visited the Orlando East and North Kia locations. Spent Thursday & Friday nights, and all day Saturday trying to get a deal done here locally. Didn't happen. One location was bad and the other was worse. For whatever reason, they were unable (I read "unwillingly") to deal. So....I phoned Monica late Saturday. We talked model and price. We agreed to meet when they opened Sunday morning. I stated we didn't want any surprises and if there weren't any, we had a deal. Honestly, I would rather get a root canal then visit a car dealership (let alone multiple locations). WOW, what a pleasant experience. Everything happened exactly as SHE said it would. On the road in less than 2 hours! Monica Lewis - YOU ROCK!!. For Orlando area residents reading this post - you can save yourself a lot of time and HUNDREDS of dollars by driving over that bridge.
