Finance is a joke We went to test drive a 2019 Kia Sorento that we had looked at another dealership. We wanted to shop around for the best price and had heard great thi We went to test drive a 2019 Kia Sorento that we had looked at another dealership. We wanted to shop around for the best price and had heard great things about this dealership. We had an offer in our back pocket for the other vehicle, but wanted to see if they could match or offer a better deal. What a joke...driving into the dealership you’re met with steps full of salesmen just hanging out in front of the building. We told our salesman exactly what we were looking for and were happy to see the sticker price was 1K lower than the sticker price of the other vehicle. If they could offer us a good deal, we’d drive off the lot that day. We sat down, gave him our numbers, and they came back with a number that was $150 OVER the price point we wanted to be at - ridiculous. He told us they would look at the numbers again and then another finance guy came over and basically told us that there was no way we could the number we wanted - very condescending and unwelcoming. We left, returned to the first dealership, and drove away with the new 2019 we wanted. Since then, I have received three phone calls trying to get us to return. The first was asking if they could work with us on payments, the second offering an alternative used car, and the third offering us the used car and then quietly slipping in that they could do the original car we wanted at the $350 price point. So, you offered us a $500 payment when we were sitting in front of you, but two days later you can offer us the $350 payment? No thank you. That’s manipulation of numbers and taking advantage of your customers. I will never do business with Deland Kia and I will tell this story to anyone who asks about purchasing a car from there. Not cool, Deland Kia. More

Great customer service. My low tire sensor was on my Kia Forte yesterday. I called AAA and long story short was not happy with the service they provided. When I got back into my car the sensor were on again. I went to Kia to see if they could help me. And of course they did. I had the nicest Service Advisor Noah Roman. He drove my car into service and within a very short waiting time they had checked the air pressure in all my tires. I really appreciated his take charge attitude and told me that anytime I had any questions, to please come back and they will take care of my vehicle needs. Great service Noah thank you again. Deland Service Kia rocks! More
False advertisement and rude owner I stopped in for a test drive for an ad that was sent to me for a $25 walmart gift card. After i took the test drive and waited for my gift card i was told that there were no more left. I asked why they didn't tell me that before they filled out the application and asked for my drivers licence and financial information and then test drove the car...specifically for the gift card? I was rudely told that it was for the first 50 people...read the fine print. So don't waste your time on this place. They promise gift cards then tell you they don't have them after they get what they want from you. Rude and liars. Will not be buying another car from these ignorant jerks..no class. Carmax is the purchase. I rate this dealership a minus one brown star on all levels . More

The best new car buying experience I've ever had! No hassel I was looking for a new car with a great warranty so I first got online just to be a little more informed , I was pleasantly surprised when I immediat I was looking for a new car with a great warranty so I first got online just to be a little more informed , I was pleasantly surprised when I immediately got a email followed up by a call from Bryan Hutch. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions and made me feel more at ease with proceeding with this dealership. I would not recommend Deland Kia My fiancé just purchased a car from here. We were excited about getting a fairly newer, reliable car with payments working within our budget! Everythi My fiancé just purchased a car from here. We were excited about getting a fairly newer, reliable car with payments working within our budget! Everything seemed great, and the car is under warranty. It wasn’t until we were sitting in a bank drive-thru last week that we realized his A/C was blowing warm air. This seemed odd, given we felt cool in the car the two weeks before. When we got out of this drive-thru the car starting blowing cool air again. We came to the conclusion that we didn’t realize this before because we’ve never sat in the car without moving before. (Other than occasional stop & go traffic.) When we got home that day, we put the car in park again and sat for about 30 seconds before the warm air started again. He called and scheduled an appointment. Today, he took off work to take the car up to the dealership. When he got there they advised him it would be $125 for them to look at the car. This doesnt make any sense since the car is under warranty, and the car is still so new from them that his first payment isn’t even due yet. I just think back to a few weeks ago when we were leaving the dealership, being told “call us if you have any problems!” must just be something they say, once you drive off the lot they don’t seem to have any interest in maintaining a relationship with the customer or providing good customer service. We would not recommend this dealership based on this experience alone. More
