The car I bought was a Kia Soul but in the rain when i hit the breaks the car wouldn't stop i had problems with it I try to return the vehicle they check the brakes dry and they told me that when I bought the vehicle I owned and there is not time for me to returned. I also had problems with the trading car they wouldn't listen i felt pressure of buying this car he didn't told me the car didn't bring a spare tire that I had to make the deal that day I feel really bad besides the salesman the rest of the people were really rude to me and i know that not the way you treat a customer. Also they sold me the car that was on trial with 23 miles on it already and that i couldn't pick another one. I went in because I heard a commercial that they were having this kia soul for 13.995 like longwood and colonial drive orlando they made me pay 23.000 More

Annoying and pushy I looked at one vehicle online, I received and email like expected I coorsponded, ask the questions I had and got the answers I needed. I didn't believe the commercial they could help anyone I walked in skeptical but the dealer I met Tanja Lupp made me feel very comfortable. I wasn't going to believe the commercial they had on tv. They did. I was able to get ride of my car and into something comfortable that didn't hurt my back. Not low to ground. Fit my needs transporting dogs in cages of lg. Sizes and medium sizes I couldn't get in my other vehicle. I rescue and transport dogs. For rescue groups. This is very important I get these dogs transported in something safe and big enough so they don't get grouchy in crammed vehicle. I love my Kia sport. And the sales people even measured the car and cages to make sure it worked. I'm so happy. My first passengers were dogs and it will stay that way. Cross country they go to new homes and fosters safe . Thank you Kia in Deland for making this happen for me and the dogs. More

Warranty-Service Practices & Personnel Need Overhaul Not even 1 year old leased Sorrento from this dealership. First time ever folding the back seats down. Service agent and his manager both insisting that if they tear down the removed seat and find it the fault of user and not a defect $89.00 per hour. 2-3 hour job! Explained I am a car guy with 7 cars and many brand new cars in the past. You tear down an engine for a rod bearing...not a seat for a release mechanism. Both raised voices. Manager actually stated, in a rude tone, he would remove and take apart the seat and if damage is from user and not failure he would leave the seat disassembled and uninstalled all over the back of the car. At this point I requested he not touch the car and my wife will be leaving the property. Buying experience here is top-notch, friendly, above & beyond! Service here is the worst ever. I thought Ford in 1992 was bad! Never had a quasi-professional tell a customer anything like that ever. When I conveyed that I was there, as the customer, and the seat was not forced down, or jumped on etc... he stated 'well i was not there! Customer no-service + rude unprofessional behavior = Bad service. Great buying experience but apparently the honeymoon ends there. More

Poor Service with Service Department Signed up for lifetime oil changes and it seemed like a good deal but it was a bad idea. Unfortunately, it takes a long time to receive the service e Signed up for lifetime oil changes and it seemed like a good deal but it was a bad idea. Unfortunately, it takes a long time to receive the service every time I have been. Today, I was told an hour and fifteen minutes. Out of the five or six times I've been already, its been 1.5 to 2 hours for an oil change and multi-point inspection. After an hour and a half I walked up front to see my car already parked. I waited another half hour before I had enough and finally inquired. Randy the service manager said three years ago when he took over they were averaging 2-3 hours for this same service and that it will always take at least an hour. Randy did not have anything to say about my car being parked out front for at least a half hour after it was finished, as well as nothing to remedy the situation to keep me feeling good about doing business there. So, if you sign up for lifetime oil changes, be prepared to spend much more time dealing with the service than you would if you bought them from a mechanic who actually cares about retaining customers. If you use the service department, be prepared to have to 'keep an eye out' for your car being finished, otherwise you might be there all day. More
