HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our 2015 Kia Sorrento had to be towed to this dealership , because the key lock that came with the vehicle was taken out of the glove box (Car had the Our 2015 Kia Sorrento had to be towed to this dealership , because the key lock that came with the vehicle was taken out of the glove box (Car had the tires rotated less than a 3 weeks ago). When we purchased the vehicle, there was a special lug nut placed on each tire.. Deland Kia put the lug nut packaging in the glove box along with the Owners manual. Now granted, we do not use the glove box (We have a middle console that we use and the glove box stays locked) for anything but housing the aforementioned articles... Upon calling Deland Kia's service department to let them know that we were having the vehicle towed there and someone in their department had taken the key out of the glove box. We were verbally called liars and told that we took it out of the glovebox and they were NOT going to change the tire, or do anything else without payment.. We payed to have the vehicle towed there and spent 20 minutes with one of the most un-professional people we have ever met: RANDY HECKER! He proceeded to get into my face and my wifes face and called us liars and we need to pay for any service done by them. When I told him to back out of my wifes face. He starts yelling and getting more irate... In ending: He tells us he does not work for Deland Kia (But he is supposed to be the Service Manager for an Authorized Kia service center?) Not only were we offended and disrespected , BUT never received an apology from the so-called service manager... IF YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE, BE SURE TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE INSIDE OF YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE AND AFTER YOU LEAVE! More
Charlene Is the best! I went into Kia with low hopes of being approved for a vehicle due to having no credit. Being preapproved online with the internet sales manager Monic I went into Kia with low hopes of being approved for a vehicle due to having no credit. Being preapproved online with the internet sales manager Monica but had to come in to test drive and run full credit and that's when Charlene did everything she could to help get me into a Kia Sportage, once approved and down payment was set she helped get my monthly payment in the price range I needed it to be. She was very helpful! Ill recommend Charlene and Monica to everyone I know interested in purchasing a new / used car. And if I ever need a second vehicle or trade in I will be going there and asking for Charlene! She's amazing!!!!!!!! More

LOVE Charlene!!! Bought a van from her back in 2013 and when my daughter in law needed a new car I sent her to her and she got her into a great car with a low payment Bought a van from her back in 2013 and when my daughter in law needed a new car I sent her to her and she got her into a great car with a low payment. Very good experiences now for 2 years I bought my Optima in Jan of 2015. And I couldn't be more pleased. The car as been a good dependable, no problem car. Little Disappointed This is the second car we purchased from here. I will say that both sales experiences were good. Everyone worked with us and treated us kind. Was on I4 around 6 in the morning, the car got a flat. There was no spare or tools to remove the tire. We were never informed yhat the vehicles no longer come with them. There is a fix a flat kit in the trunk or as I was told when I called to complain they expect you to call raodsise for help. (Money out of my pocket). They told me I could come and get the part to take the lug nuts off the tire and then to add injury to insult I get an email on specials to purchase a spare, the tire rod and jack for $199. Just very disappointing from dealership I had really liked. I work for a dealership and we would have went out of our way to make the situation right. I gues it all depends on how much you care about tour customers. More
