excellent service Coming home from the hospital on I-4 last Wednesday night the car in front of me kicked out a piece of rubber tire, I couldn't do any thing but run o Coming home from the hospital on I-4 last Wednesday night the car in front of me kicked out a piece of rubber tire, I couldn't do any thing but run over it as soon as it hit my car I heard something rubbing.As soon as I got home I was able to see the damage it had caused I knew the wheel well was damaged so the next morning I took the car right to Deland Kia.There I met up with Derrick the service advisor and he told me he would have a estimate on the damage in short time and in about 15 minutes he gave me a price and I told him to go ahead and do the repair .He said it would take about two hours to make the repair being they had all the parts in stock .In approx. 1hr he came to me and said my car was finished. I was very pleased the very quick service and great workmanship. I recommend them hightly More

I just wanted to get home and take care of myself. I pulled into driveway and my wife meets me and asks what happened to my car. scrape on driver side right fender. she caked dealership, got run around finally got response after 3 days video only kept 48 hrs so no proof of what happened,how convenient took car in Randy service manager called my wife and I liars, and called me an idiot and was extremely rude and hostile (tried to prevent me physically from getting in my car and leaving I will never go back More

I called the business dept. but they only referred me back to the salesperson. This from a salesperson who called and emailed me almost every day! Also, a few days after picking up the car, I emailed the internet sales manager to see about the possibility of adding another option to the car and also to complain about the salesperson. Again, no response of any kind. I wouldn't recommend buying from this dealership unless the savings are significant; it's not worth the frustration and bother. More

Horrible corrupt dealer do not go here Brought a huge problem to their attention well before my warranty was over and they told me I'd have to pay for it to be towed there, they shorted my Brought a huge problem to their attention well before my warranty was over and they told me I'd have to pay for it to be towed there, they shorted my car 5 quarts of oil which caused all of the internally lubricated parts to obviously not get the lubrication needed to perform, 30 days after buying this car from them and less than 2000 miles and I've had to put a new transmission in because it lost a gear and now my engine is blown and a new one will cost over 6000$, do not buy anything from here they do not honor warranty and if you bring it to the attention of who is supposed to be the ones who can make a decision they say they can't do anything and argue with you and threaten to hang up the phone, none of them are knowledgeable enough to take care of my problem and apparently don't understand how important it is to make sure a car leaves with right amount of oil. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, they tell you what you wanna hear until you leave with the car. More

Since in the area we decided to go to Deland Kia and was approached by salesman Robert Heredia who was eager to help us. After reviewing inventory he found an SUV that fit our style and needs. After negiations he managed to put us in a new vehicle at an affordable price. We are so grateful that Robert was able to help us. My family and I are very happy and pleased.
