Had taken my Kia Forte for a misfire in my car and check engine light on was informed of 5 recall issues on my car including replacement of the ignition coil was informed that the parts will be ordered and engine light on was informed of 5 recall issues on my car including replacement of the ignition coil was informed that the parts will be ordered and to wait till the ignition coil replacement was done that would probably take care of the car misfire and the checked engine light . Repairs were carried but not the replacement and the problem persisted and finally had to agree to pay for the part and was charged almost 350$ for the same. Great service by Bree Baldwin will give her 5 stars for excellent communication . Question remains why did I have to pay if it was a recall issues. More
