Regina Bacile was a complete doll. I have no complaints about her but I honestly can NOT say the same for the ladies that answer the phone and schedule the appointments for the service I have no complaints about her but I honestly can NOT say the same for the ladies that answer the phone and schedule the appointments for the service center. I should have been informed that DeLand Kia was currently going through a remodeling and where to go,not mention the little signs that were not clear where I go for an oil change. I showed up and went to the WORNG GATE. It is already a freaking headache getting in and out of the parking lot as it is. It only takes a moment of time for who ever answers the phones to at least mention the mess of the remodeling, they should have information the customers while they have them on the phone instead of rushing to get off the phone.
