We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership after an extensive shopping process with about 10 different dealers. Initially, their pricing was significantly higher than others—about $6,000 more— after an extensive shopping process with about 10 different dealers. Initially, their pricing was significantly higher than others—about $6,000 more—but on the last day of the month, after providing them with a competitor’s written offer, they stepped up and not only matched it but ultimately beat it by approximately $400. At that point, they were able to beat all other dealerships’ pricing, which is what secured the deal for us. Throughout the process, our salesman Gianni was excellent. He communicated clearly, stayed responsive, and was professional from start to finish. We had no issues with him at all and really appreciated working with him. That said, some interactions with management during negotiations felt a bit condescending at times, which left a less positive impression during an otherwise successful buying experience. Once I arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle, everything was prepared correctly based on our verbal agreement. The car was ready, the paperwork was handled properly, and I was in and out within about an hour, including financing and getting my phone set up with the vehicle. In the end, we’re happy with the deal we received and appreciate Gianni’s role in making the process smooth and straightforward. More
