car service day I got to bring my weiner dog into the lounge. Everyone was friendly in that they smile. The waiting area is very nice. $1,035 oil change! I went in for an oil change. When I dropped off the car the valet mentioned it was a slow day. Then I was told at service it would be 45-60 minutes. A I went in for an oil change. When I dropped off the car the valet mentioned it was a slow day. Then I was told at service it would be 45-60 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later they told me the oil change was done. But they suggested getting 4 new tires and all new wiper blades. They didn't even put the car back together until I got back and told them I didn't want to do the unnecessary work (tires still have 6 months at least). They also pushed to Joseph the guy I. Front of me, he was there for an oil change and they wanted him to do a 40,000 mile service for $1,000+ even though he only owned the car a couple of months. They told me it would just be a couple of minutes. I stared at my car siting in the valet area for 7 minutes when I got up and asked if it was ready. They said no and that it would be a few more minutes. I sat staring at my car in the valet bay for another 5 minutes before they told me it was ready. More
