Earlier this week I took my 2013 Highlander Hybrid to Del for it’s 75000 mile service, as I have done on 5000 mile intervals since purchasing it new i Earlier this week I took my 2013 Highlander Hybrid to Del for it’s 75000 mile service, as I have done on 5000 mile intervals since purchasing it new in May 2013. In that 5 year period I have remained MORE than satisfied with Del Toyota, with Jerry Dyson, my service person, with the service department, AND with the decision I made to buy this Hybrid SUV five years ago. In more than 77000 miles of driving Del has done all servicing—-AND. I have experienced absolutely NO failures. While absolutely a credit to Toyota, I also credit the Del Service Team and the thorough manner in which servicing has been performed. Thanks Jerry, and thanks to the entire Del organization. More
