We will need to reconsider ever buying a new vehicle from this dealer ever again due to the poor service experience. It’s a shame as the sales experience went perfectly fine. However the service visit was terrible. We made an appointment on Tuesday for a Friday drop off. When we dropped the car, we reiterated that we need the vehicle back as soon as it was ready. They promised us 4:00 at latest. We went the entire day without a call. When we couldn’t wait any longer, we called the service rep working on the vehicle. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes, he eventually returned to let us know the work to repair the driver side rear view mirror was not done nor was there an order placed to replace the deficient mirror. We were really upset on the call. When we came to pick up the unfinished vehicle, the “service rep” was on a call and never acknowledged us other than a hand motion towards where the car was parked. It was a Friday night at 6 pm, after work! A gentleman did find a manager and was courteous about helping me pay and retrieve my car! I wish I had gotten his name. Thank goodness for him or I would have given this dealership a very low rating. Communication is important. And informing a customer of your changes is top priority. it was afterwork! I never expected that .im mad because I spoke to the service guy and the receptionist and neither thought to inform me to pick up my car by 6pm?? More
