Case & Point was last night’s visit after work for my 12-month maintaince/fluids/checkup on my RAV4 purchased from Del one year ago. I realized when I arrived that I needed an inspection as well! Was I prepared? Not in the least! But Mark & team helped me log in & acquire the forms I needed to be current. They were kind, patient, so thorough with my car. Efficient car service but service staff unfriendly The person who greeted me ar the service desk was not friendly. He had a stern look about him and I was put off by his demeanor and tone. He was terse when he commented that I needed to call my insurance carrier to get a copy of my insurance card faxed. Otherwise the service experience was fine but I can go anywhere for service now that my car is not under any warranty so I’m thinking about going somewhere else next time. This dealership is 20 minutes from my house and not convenient to anything else for me. I don’t want to go out of my way anymore especially when I’m greeted by someone who isn’t friendly or glad to see me be such a loyal customer for so long. No thank you!!!!!!! More
