Nice facility but had to wait three hours for an oil change I arrived at 8 am for a 5,000 mile check on my Tacoma. Included an oil change. Didn’t get out until 11. BAD SERVICE The twit that helped me in service dept told me I HAD to buy four tires. I told him I was only going to buy one tire. He got pissed at me. I felt like I was making a huge mistake for not buying all four tires. When he came back to say the one tire has been replaced, he then said that while the tire was being changed another tire stated to loose air. Really, air leaks out without any pressure on the tire? Bad Brakes I took my Tundra in for an oil change and break inspection because there was a vibration after 22k miles with my rotors. (A little unusual, right??!! The service center cut the rotars and changed the oil. I picked up the car and as I was driving the car home there was a massive grounding sound coming from the brakes. Actually sounded like something might fall out! I returned the car to the dealer which was closed. Awaiting my Monday morning call. More
