No one usually smiles I've been going to this dealership for around 3 years and busy or calm no one seems to smile. I've only noticed 2 workers that consistently make me feel welcomed with a smile or conversation when I'm at Del Toyota. The 1st is an older white gentleman who directs coustomers inside after exchanging our keys for a ticket. Our exchange is usually so fast I forget to get his name. The second is Lawrence, the shuttle driver. He always makes me feel so welcomed, even though I'm usually leaving when I take the shuttle! Always a smile and so polite. So talking to him is very easy. In fact, last I spoke to him I brought up a concern about my visit that day, and he mentioned that I could in fact extend my warranty and encouraged me to ask inside for more details about it and to see if my car would still be elegible. Had I never interacted with Lawrence I would have never known I could have done that! When I visit Del Toyota it would be nice to feel as welcomed as I do when I'm leaving. More
10,000 mile checkup Service was great and the staff were great. The wait was what I was told it would be. Donuts and coffee were great. Very good service!!!! Overall not bad. Waited much longer than expected. I had my ‘19 corolla hatchback in for the 5,000 mi first service. I had scheduled as a waiting appointment the day I took delivery of the car and conf I had my ‘19 corolla hatchback in for the 5,000 mi first service. I had scheduled as a waiting appointment the day I took delivery of the car and confirmed it a couple of weeks before. They got my info and keys fairly quickly. They seemed really busy based on the almost 2 hours I waited including about 5-10 min to actually get it in the shop. Full disclosure, I was a tech at Mercedes for 12 years and 20 overall as a tech in the field. After that long a wait for a really simple rotate tires/check fluids on a new car they never reset the service due message. So I got in my car and the first thing I saw after waiting 2 hours for a 30 min task was they didn’t reset the indicator. This made me wonder what else they may not have done. They also did not fill out the maintenance log I left on the seat. I mark my tires and they DID rotate them and set the pressure (check really, it came in correct). The invoice shows the Toyota care itemization including resetting the indicator. Normally I would have said something, but after waiting so long I just reset it myself and went home. I’ll ask them to fill out the book next visit. I would have rescheduled if they anticipated the wait time being so long for something EXTREMELY cut and dried. More

He wasn't in the least bit interested in communicating with me. I had specific questions which he couldn't or wouldn't answer, and I finally just left unsatisfied. But I believe the work that was done was done properly. I'll probably look for another service provider when the two years' free service that I got when I bought my Prius has expired. I can't submit the review without answering whether I'd recommend Del's Service. I left it blank on purpose. So I just siad no but I'm not sure that's right. More
