Ok service After bringing your car multiple times for the initial issue, it will eventually get fixed after at least the 5th time taking it. Just dont get Pat as After bringing your car multiple times for the initial issue, it will eventually get fixed after at least the 5th time taking it. Just dont get Pat as your representative because she is rude and does not have any customer service skills. One day I was there, I over heard her ignorant conversation about a customer another rep and Pat called a customer the "B" word. I report thus and nothing was done. I cannot stand to be assigned to Pat she needs to be retrained on customer service. Also it would be nice to have my car fixed the 1st time. Also it would be nice to have actually done the work and not list it on my receipt. More

Almost good enough I recently bought four new tires at Del and after the experience which did not go real well I wrote a report that was not very favorable. Unfortunate I recently bought four new tires at Del and after the experience which did not go real well I wrote a report that was not very favorable. Unfortunately within 2000 miles of additional travel I had an unfortunate blowout caused by a piece of metal sticking out from the sewer in West Chester. Del replaced the tire at not cost to me for which I am greatly. However within 24 hours the tire pressure light came on and I was able fix the problem with my own Air compressor. It was not the replacement tire . Again within another two days another tire pressure light came on for a different tire. Obviously the reason for the tire pressure light coming on what is the recent cold weather. I feel this inconvenience could have been foreseen and handled at the time the tire was replaced by adding air to all four tires. Sorry to be a downer but when one comes to the dearlership one knows he is paying a higher price so one expects perfection. Richard Zellers More
