I have purchasd several cars through Del and have nothing but good things to say about the sale experience. Service on the other hand is very poor. I have given serveral opportunities and they continue t but good things to say about the sale experience. Service on the other hand is very poor. I have given serveral opportunities and they continue to fail. The latest was brakes and an oil service. When I set up the appointment, I asked for a cost estimate. They did not provide one but was told they always contact to review work prior to being done. I was fine with that. I never received that call. The only call I got after the store closed for the day was that my car was ready. On top of that I have made requests to not alter my car and they label with a “Del Toyota” sticker on my car. I asked them to remove, but they could not do it as there was no one around with a heat gun. I know my issue above sounds petty, however past experiences have been just as poor and there is a pattern of lack of accountability. This goes from charging for things that are not done to having someone wait for 8 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Unfortunately for Del, I now question why to use them. Other dealers being close by it is time to give their service and try….and while at it give them the opportunity to sell me a new car More
