THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! I purchased a Suzuki in 2014 as a young female and they took advantage of me! I purchased GAP insurance from them for an additional 500$ and they never purchased the gap insurance fro young female and they took advantage of me! I purchased GAP insurance from them for an additional 500$ and they never purchased the gap insurance from the insurance company and left me with 2000 to pay when my car got totaled! I called and called and always somehow only when my situation was explained My call was put on hold the mysteriously dropped or the man I needed to talk to wasn't there ALWAYS! The violated there contractual agreement with me and refused to honor it and took advantage of someone young and uninformed. That's the opposite of why someone shops at a family-owned business !!! CROOKED !!!!! More
