I just can't say enough about how helpful Joe (service) has been over the years. He is always pleasant and makes you feel very secure in his ability to resolve your problem; whatever it may be. Specifically, whenever I take my Chevrolet in for warranty work, there is never a hassle about whether or not it is going to be covered. Dell doesn't play "head games" with you regarding warranty coverage like some other dealers (see my review of Robert's Chevrolet). Thank you Joe (in the service department) for the many years of friendly and reliable warranty service you have provided on my new Chevrolets! More
I have purchased a number of cars there over the past 20 years, and they are the best dealership I deal with for service of any dealership we use, including the local Mercedes and BMW dealerships. We cur years, and they are the best dealership I deal with for service of any dealership we use, including the local Mercedes and BMW dealerships. We currently have three of our cars serviced there inluding our 2002 Suburban, our 2008 Tahoe, and our 2009 Corvette ZO6. The service reps are very friendly, and do whatever they can to schedule our cars to match our needs. The Mechanics, and in particular Joe, are also very friendly and helpful, and come out to take their time in expaining any issues with our cars. And, their work is always completed the first time, without having to keep taking the cars back over and over again. I have also never been told the common "we could not duplicate" xx that other dealers use regularly. More
