Pleasant experience We were referred to Del by the Costco Auto Buyer Program because we were interested in leasing a new Equinox. They responded quickly to determine what we were wanted in a vehicle and withon an hour had us connected to a salesman who spent quite a bit of time explaining the 2018 models and changes. A visit to the showroom was quickly scheduled with a model ready for us to drive which demonstrated all the option we wanted and more. Prior to the visit we even received a short personalized video welcoming us to the dealership and showing us the one we would trst drive Everyone at this very well organized dealership was pleasant, friendly and always helpful. Never did we feel a bit of the infamous pushiness which mars so many buying experiences . Once we chose the exact options we wanted our salesman worked hard to find us the exact color Equinox we wanted with almost identical options and arranged for it to be transferred from another dealership. Paperwork was completed almost painlessly and we were helped to set up our trial Onstar before we left as well as going over whatever questions we had. For this amount of smoothness and atmosphere management is doing something right. Great job by Del. Look forward to returning for my first oil change. More

Completly satisified Purchased a new 2017 Cruze LS for my daughter. I knew the type of car I wanted and the issue was only going to be if my daughter was going to like the car and if I was able to get a reasonable price for my trade in which was a 2011 Chevy Malibu, My daughter was pressed for time so, Mark allowed me to take the car home so she could do a test drive at home instead of having to come to the dealership. What I also liked about Mark is that I believe he knew what I wanted and that he never tried to over-sell the car. As for the trade in I briefly met and spoke with the used car manager, (John Del). He quickly gave me a fair price for the trade in. My daughter has only had the car for one day, so I cant give a review of the car at this time but I can say that the Sales process at DELfor our purchase was a A+. As a final note, not less then 24 hours after purchasing the car, sap droplets from a tree fell on the car. I attempted to clean with hot water , but I was unsuccessful, Service was closed and Mark was still available. He had me drive the car back to DEL at 7:30 p.m. and the Detail Department (Pai King) removed all of the sap. Very grateful. More

Multiple times, I said I was looking and I had no intention of buying that day. Yes - I repeated that to many people and yet, I was still escorted to the owners office before I left to see what it would take to get me to buy a car on the spot. I felt this was disrespectful of the multiple times, to multiple people, that I said I would not be buying right away. Sometimes no means no and it should be respected. More
