Called in response to an advertisement on a camaro convertible told me to come and look at vehicle. This was at 10am and we received a text with their address. We traveled 88 miles one way to look at convertible told me to come and look at vehicle. This was at 10am and we received a text with their address. We traveled 88 miles one way to look at and possibly purchase the vehicle. We arrived at the dealership and were escorted to one of the sales personnel. They said they would get the vehicle for us to look at. They left us at the the desk for about 10 minutes. The sales manager had a set of keys which he stated were for the car. When the sales manager and sales person returned we were informed that the vehicle had been sent to auction. 1. Why did still have keys for a vehicle that was sent to auction. 2. He started telling us about other vehicles he had available and that they had an individual they use to purchase cars for the dealership. It completely wasted our time and money, felt like the bait and switch routine and this dealership couldn't be honest with potential customers. No integrity at all. More
I have purchased 4 cars from Dell Chevrolet. Great experience each time. I continue to get my cars serviced at Dell Chevrolet. Service department is great. They repair cars right the firs Great experience each time. I continue to get my cars serviced at Dell Chevrolet. Service department is great. They repair cars right the first time. Unfortunately, I have also had body work done there as well. The car was done when they said it would be. The car was like brand new when I received it back. It's been a few years and no problem with the body work. I have no hesitation in going to Dell for any repair or to purchase a new car. More

In sear How many stars would you give if this was a posting? I’m a 61 IT Professional that meets and has to service Enterprise customers myself. In search of a 4Runner that was within budgetary needs I went out using the normal website automotive sites. My search stumbles into a 1 owner 2018 SR5 Premium Edition with 54,000 miles for a very fair price of just 34k. Low price for this model so I was hesitant. They do hold their value and are dependable as a Toyota should. The pictures along with the description looked very nice, showing a 1 owner, 1 minor accident Car-Fax, minor front showing the car was at the dealership for some time last reported at 50,414 miles. The price was reduced a few times as the truck sat at the dealership. 50,414 miles 179 days ago. 54,422 at delivery. Rotors shaved twice in 179 days – Truck shakes terribly at 60+ Transparency and I would have paid to replace. (The website advertisement showed 4k miles more in writing. Sometimes Employees use traded cars for their personal transportation to and from work. ok. I know that all well. I worked at two different Dealerships in NJ) Red Flag folks, but I pressed on. 1 owner that seem to follow Toyota’s 10k miles free it’s for me program just trapped at a GM dealership. No maintenance documented on the Carfax after 37k to write home about. No Dealership initial safety check, normal dealer log of safety checking or what they normally do showing on the Carfax so they can charge the Sales department. Sometimes the service department charges the Sales Department internally crazy high items that for the most part, should be performed anyway by law to place a car on the road safely. Just me. The Dealership's GM makes money on all aspects of the Dealership. Sales/Service and Parts… All goes upstairs…. My 2021 Camry TRD with 10,343 miles was appraised and that number was fair. Fair 4Runner and Fair-trade number. I didn’t want to be a creep even though some of the retail prices for a 21 Camry TRD are crazy right now. I give people the opportunity to be down-right. No different color or race. The Sales professional that assisted me follow the marching orders of the tower but was a wonderful person to deal with. Not an issue with that aspect of the DEAL… O''' “We are looking for the other key…” Hm…. Yellow Flag… ( $100.00 because who lives really with one key, and you have a sister Toyota dealership. Why would you offer a customer a new key and burry it in the deal?) Work order shows months back front pads / rotor shaving because of wobble. (Yes, at above 55+ on the expressway home … Holy @#%^… - the wobble begins and forget about emergency braking. Please don’t drive in front of me for a while.) When I asked about the difference in the pictures taken 150+ days ago, why did the speedometer show 50,414 and now 54,444… (It’s a good truck.., , You’ll love it..) Not that the GM didn’t have a brand new TRD Pro 4Runner parked outside and might have used and abused the Truck for a few months on the Schuylkill. ) That Red Flag… Just be transparent and let the consumer know the truth. If I tell one of my customers that their solution that I architect is going to protect them from ransomware, then it should not come with undisclosed nuances. I see them daily, weekly, monthly… I have to build a relationship. Let's face it, dealers are measured by days, weeks, months, quarters. Not really interested in relationships unless there is profit also. Maximize our profits at every turn and transaction. Transparency is not part of the show. Well, I have a decent looking truck with 54,555 miles with a cracked windshield and a total brake job needed. Hopefully here in NJ, it will fail inspection. I can live with the oil wasn’t changed since 50,414 and was delivered to a customer with brown oil. Turnersville Toyota can help me. (Professional and precise.) I was nice for a reason because I give people a chance to be strait. You learn and check that box for the future. 2022 and it’s still 1955. There were two times I wanted to get back in my Camry and just bite the bullet and go to a Toyota place for a Certified pre-owned. The used cars deliver as new… Every time for me. I was shopping on price and not quality and that’s another lesson learned. Thanks for listening here. Medford Lakes. This review is specifically for DEL CHEVROLET OF PAOLI branch. They are just inverse of "Jack - Sell them for Less". As lot of people said, I can't give them negative reviews and this is the least I coul branch. They are just inverse of "Jack - Sell them for Less". As lot of people said, I can't give them negative reviews and this is the least I could give on google. will check for all other review site to give right review to this dealer. Looks like they have a paid team to put good rating reviews. I didnt see anyone being polite or respectful to the customers. Need to check with google to see possibility of providing less than 1 rating, that way no one even dare to deal with these guys. Just a note for all... Whenever this dealer says AS IS and no warranty. Better bargain for more than 5k or get mechanical inspection done. I got cheated by believing them and had to spend more than a grand for the inspection to pass. More
