DB Service went the extra mile for me! I had inquired about having a tow package installed on my Chrysler 200 (which I bought from this dealership). Although the service department did not carry the tow system I needed for my V6 model, Clarke went the extra mile to research which hitch/tow package WOULD work (I was working and didn't have the opportunity to do this myself) and ensured me they their service department could install it for us. Very Flexible!! I worked with Joe and Ben. My co-worker was also working with these guys. What I noticed was neither one of us were pressured in to a sale and we ha I worked with Joe and Ben. Joe was very flexible in his selling method. He sold us our Rams the way we wanted to buy them not the way he wanted to sell them. When it came to closing the deal Ben also worked hard with the financing. When I told them I would like to sell my vehicle privately both Joe and Ben, plus a service department guy who was just walking by and over heard the conversation, gave me some advice and wished me luck rather than trying to talk me out of it. No matter what your bottom line on your new vehicle purchase is, if you walk out the door happy and don't get that "buyer's remorse feeling" that is a good dealership.
