DB Service went the extra mile for me! I had inquired about having a tow package installed on my Chrysler 200 (which I bought from this dealership). Although the service department did not I had inquired about having a tow package installed on my Chrysler 200 (which I bought from this dealership). Although the service department did not carry the tow system I needed for my V6 model, Clarke went the extra mile to research which hitch/tow package WOULD work (I was working and didn't have the opportunity to do this myself) and ensured me they their service department could install it for us. The labor and parts quote was reasonable. I will plant to have them do the work. I really appreciated Clarke taking the extra time to do the researching for me! More
