The guys at Deery Brothers were great. Curtis Uthe and Steven Peacock especially. We came into Deery and looked at the new 2013 Ford Escape. Curtis came up to us and showed us the car. We were set on driving another car at a different dealership and Curtis was very friendly about it. He said he would get the car ready for a test drive and we could come back if we decided we didn't like the other Jeep. After test driving the Jeep at another dealership we were set on buying it but decided to go back and test drive the escape just to get the experience. Curtis had the car ready as promised and we jumped right in. He let us take it out alone so we could talk personally. After minutes of driving the escape we instantly decided to buy the new 2013 model instead of the Jeep. Without Curtis and his friendliness we probably wouldn't have gone back to drive the Escape. Curtis took us inside and was very straight forward and didn't do the whole back and forth let me talk to my manager sales pitch like normal dealerships. Steve Peacock then took a look at my old Jeep and gave us a very generous offer. Steve even helped us find a way to get a student discount for a lower price on the Escape and worked with me to make sure I was eligible. After deciding to buy, Steve let my father drive a new Ford F-150. The next day the Escape was ready to go and Steve gave me great tips on the user interface and simple features of the car. We switched cars in less than 20 minutes and they gave me a tank of gas and sent me on my way. The overall experience was amazing and I highly recommend the Deery Brothers to anyone looking to buy a car, even if a Ford or Lincoln isn't one of their first choices. More

He took into consideration where I wanted my monthly payments to be, and worked with me on features and options to get to the price range I could afford. His follow-up was outstanding - not too much to where it was annoying, but enough to know that he cared and was interested in my business. I was also communicating with Woodhouse Ford in Missouri Valley, and after the weekend, I never heard from them again. It meant a lot that Chad continued to search and find what I was looking for and continually followed up with me until we reached the point where I was ready to buy. Most of all, I appreciated the comfortable feeling that he gave me with purchasing, and explained every thing in full detail and a language I could understand. I also worked with Gary on financing, and he was very helpful and informational. Whenever I had any question, he was always on top of it to get it answered and cleared up. He showed me some cars but none of them matched my criteria and I was going to leave but Kayvon remembered that they had one more car that they just got it recently.
