Walking onto the car lot I was quite skeptical of car salesman just from what I've heard others say. He was polite and sincere, but also had an entertaining side to him that helped ease my worries and made my experience more fun. Steven was very helpful in showing me some of the features of my new crossover, and Gary assisted in the financial portion of my experience in a professional way. They never put pressure on me to make a decision nor did they make me feel uncomfortable at any moment.
