I took my van in to be vaccumed and they left chicken nugget wraps under the seats. The next time I took in my truck for detail wash they didnt detail the tires the bed of the truck was not cleaned and t nugget wraps under the seats. The next time I took in my truck for detail wash they didnt detail the tires the bed of the truck was not cleaned and the seats in the back of the truck were left up and was difficult to put them down when I didnt take the truck to them with the seats up. Was quoted a price when I called and paid with 30 dollars difference. Customer service is terrible my problems could have been taken care of if they value the customer. I now will drive to cedarrapids to get service and wish not to bring business to you guys. If its something that will not cost you in parts fix it will you.............. More

The Deery Ford experience was by far the best, with Curtis Uthe being head and shoulders the Best-of-the-Best per online, in my search for a C-Max. I think it is he that ultimately helped the sale to go to Ford rather than the competitor in hybrids. With the C-Max being very hard work to find, Curtis made it easier and rescued the sale for Ford on decision day. Exceptional responsiveness, sharpness, deal decision speed, enthusiasm and a total focus on the customer were what did it. In that order. I should also mention that when Curtis was not available, Steven Peacock helped me and keep the deal moving forward. Steven also helped with an auto familiarity overview which was exceptional.
