We were very impressed by how quickly we were able to find the vehicle of our liking and style, and on how everything progressed from that point. We were also very comfortable with the outcome and quite satisfied on getting the approval. Everyone was so helpful and very friendly and easy to talk to and work with. Also, my husband wanted to say he really enjoyed the coffee and donuts too! We both just want to personally Thank Woody, Gary, and Terry for making our visit a fun and enjoyable morning. I was impressed with the friendly and efficient process by which Steve Strauss used to locate the new truck I was looking for. Within 15-20 minutes of being at the sales office Steve had shown me options o by which Steve Strauss used to locate the new truck I was looking for. Within 15-20 minutes of being at the sales office Steve had shown me options on a number of trucks Deery had on their lot and then taken me to his desk and located a number of trucks more to my desired specifications through a dealer search. With that and about 15-20 minutes more I filled out the credit application and Steve had returned with a more than fair price on my trade-in truck. We then took a test drive so I could get a feel for the 7 years newer trucks I was looking at. Although we ran into a few hiccups in acquiring the dealer-searched vehicles I selected, Steve persevered and kept me informed as to the trucks they had found and were dealing on in order to get me the truck I wanted. Finally, we had a match and the dealer trade went through and the truck to my liking was transported to the Deery lot. Wow, what a sharp truck! Then, with a single return visit, Steve, Gary and I completed the trade of my old truck and the new purchase and was driving home in my new 2012 F150 FX4! Gary was friendly, prepared, and quick to get the paperwork completed which was great as my son was with me that day. Scot was very helpful in the purchase process for my truck. The only thing that could've been better would've been the cleanliness of the vehicle upon pick-up. We had a very good experience. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from Deery Motors. and this is also the second car we bought where Woody Sims was our salesmen. The only complaint if it could be called that was we had to wait about an hour and a half to meet with the Finanace Gentleman, We were more than happy about the way we were treated and how they really tried and succeeded in meeting our financial needs. I am giving this rating, because Steven helped me out. I found my dream truck, a 2007 "Lariat" crew cab Candy Apple red F-150 4x4, on your lot on Oct. 23,2011, and talked with Steven on a Saturday, and he made my dream come true, set up a price I could afford, and found me a great finance rate of which has a warranty as well. I live about 2 hours away and pass through Iowa city to get to Ft. Madison Sun. nights. I was unable to get to Deery Bros. during business hours, so Steven took time out of his Sunday to show me and let me test drive this Lariat @ 11:00pm at night. Not everyone would do that for a complete stranger lookin' for his dream truck, so thank you so much Steven!!!!!!!!!!!! I love my '07 and has so much room, and comfortability!
