Simple warranty work turned into major annoyance Took 2017 van there for simple warranty work, they said bring car for work first thing in the morning. Called them at noon they hadn't looked at it, they called at the end of day and said they had found the problem but had to order part. No loaner car was available so had to go back and get van. Part came in 3 days later, scheduled appointment for the next week and then got another call the next day asking when I could come in as they must have forgot we already scheduled. Took the van in that next Wednesday for the repair, they had a loaner car this time. Said they would be done that day, didn't get a call or update until Thursday afternoon they had finished the work. In the 3 years I have lived here I had bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and had intended to continue going here, after this experience we will not be going back. This is my first experience owning any other car than GM, overall I like the van but a bit annoyed at the early mile failure than the terrible service experience, have had GM warranty repairs throughout the years all went better than this experience. More

At 930am - they came out to tell me that they were finally getting my car into a bay to be worked on. At 945am - they came to tell me that the part that they thought they had ordered for my car was not here and they were running to a nearby dealership to pick up another one. Car was finally done at 1145am. Still got charged for 4 hours of labor - that they obviously did not use. Was rather upset because this had been on their books for three weeks - had plenty of time to make sure that the part was there. I bought my car here and for the first few years - service was awesome - since bought out by Deery - the service department has gone downhill. More
I took my Jeep in for a recall item. They got my vehicle in at the appointed time and had the recall issue taken care of in a timely manner. Great people, great service. Nearly 3 hours waiting I had an appointment at 11:00am, to have my oil changed and a recall taken care of. I was informed on the phone when I made the appointment, that it w I had an appointment at 11:00am, to have my oil changed and a recall taken care of. I was informed on the phone when I made the appointment, that it would take an hour and a half. I planned on having lunch to pass the time, but other than that, I was waiting there for my car to be done. When I arrived a few minutes before 11, I was told the bays were full and that it would be a while before they could get my car in to begin the work. I informed them that I would go and have some lunch while I waited. I received a call while at lunch, stating that they just got my car in to begin the work. This was around noon (an hour late). I finished lunch and headed back to the dealership, arriving around 12:40. My car was not finished until 1:45. When I had made my appointment, I told them that this was my first oil change, which is free if you buy your car from them. When I went up to the Service Counter to check out, the Service Manager told me it would be $74. I told him it was my first oil change, and it as supposed to be free. He said that he wished I had told him that when I checked in, which I replied that I had informed them of that when making my appointment - I probably should have mentioned it when checking in, so I take responsibility for that. When I was ready to leave, I asked where my car was parked (the parking was crazy when I arrived and I had parked a block away. The Service Manager pointed to the West and said it was parked "out there". I assumed this to mean that it was parked outside the Service Bay Doors area. I got outside and started looking around for my car, but it was not parked in that area, so I started walking out to the street. I found it down about a half block in the opposite direction I originally started looking. It would be better if they were to park the cars that are finished in an area outside the Service Bays to make it more convenient for people to find their cars. I realize that this will most likely be a "non-issue" when the new facility is finished (can't wait!), but in the meantime, customer convenience should be taken into account. As far as the actual work, everything seems fine. For the most part, the employees were friendly, but I did not appreciate the fact that the appointment ended up taking nearly 3 hours - almost twice as long as expected. More

Fast and do excellent work!
