Contacted them Saturday, 05/03, and they told me how I was getting a great deal and all. Had my credit checked, loan application approved, setup for 11:00 on Monday, 05/05, to close the deal. Then come Sunday (dealership closed on Sunday) got a text from Greg, the sales manager (whom I spoke to, and congratulated by with the new car) saying the car was priced error. New price was $85,656 instead. They had the car listed on Cargurus for 12 DAYS, with couple price reductions to $77,581 before I contacted them. The manager said he will double check and will call me first thing Monday morning, which he NEVER CALLED. I text him at 4:11pm Monday. He replied at 8:11pm (they’re closed at 8) that he will (AGAIN) call me first thing in the morning. Tuesday went through and I never was contacted. I had great impression when I first contacted them, the deal went smooth and quick since I did not ask for any additional discount. Thought I was getting the car so I cancel the one deal I negotiated in Kansas. I was completely ignored by Mike Kendall (sales rep) and Greg (sales manager.) BE AWARE people!!!
