Dave and by extension the Dean Team made this process very simple and straight forward. Only thing that was strange was the Bentley Continental in the showroom in between a classic 1967 VW Beetle and VW Bus. Maybe in an Audi showroom but it overwhelmed the floor and took away from the VW brand. More

The Service Team (always friendly and informative) gave us the bad news and we ended up connected with Maurice the next day to handle the trade in and help us get into a new car. He spent the day with us test driving cars and listening to what we liked and didn't like. In the end, we picked a 2014 Tiguan. When it came time to sit down and haggle, it turned out there was no hassle. Maurice and Kyle just wanted to know what it would take to finalize the sale. We were reasonable about it and so were they. It was simple and professional. Besides, they have surprisingly good coffee. It was a job well done! More
