This was my first time getting a lease and they made the process enjoyable and hassle free. Despite not having the Tiguan I was looking for on the lot, they were able to get the exact one I wanted delivered in just a couple days. They were even able to find one without a front plate mount which is hard to find in Missouri. Very professional bunch but at the same time personable and down to earth. Reese even put together an elaborate plan to pretend like he wasn't able to find the one I wanted, but he came through above and beyond what I expected! I will definitely be back here for my next car. More

Dishonest Dean Does is Again! Crooks!! Dishonest Dean sold me a car that they claimed was "perfect", "clean", "no issues as far as we know". They gave me a clean Carfax. Dishonest Dean even serviced the car for 3 years -- but they claimed they had no service records. Hmmm....sounds a little shady to me. Shame on them for selling me a damaged used car that they told me was without issues. After I bought the car, my mechanic told me there was extensive damage to the side of the car that any dealership can see. He even showed me the evidence for bodywork. When I went back to Dishonest Dean to ask about it, they played dumb. I asked for a refund or compensation for the damages and then they just started to ignore me. After more than 15 calls to the dealer, the GM Colin would not take my calls. Talk about unprofessional! The GM of a dealership refuses to speak to a customer who bought a car from them. Wow. The only person that would talk to me is Brandan, but he also gave me the runaround. Unless they change their tune, I will see them in front of a judge. I would recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. You will also notice that a lot of the reviews on this site are fake -- probably written by employees or friend of Dishonest Dean. The short reviews are all the fake ones. More

Reese is the best! I have never bought a brand new car before. I was practically terrified of making a bad decision. I wanted to take my time and not feel pressured, and I have never bought a brand new car before. I was practically terrified of making a bad decision. I wanted to take my time and not feel pressured, and Volkswagen was on my list of places to go and test drive a vehicle. Luckily, it was the first place I went on a Friday night after a long week. From the second we stepped onto the lot, Reese was energetically waiting to help us (and even though I felt awful showing up so late in the evening on a Friday, no one looked unhappy to be there). We chatted and he helped me figure out what I could do financially to get what I wanted out of a car. He showed me everything in my price range and was extremely patient with my inability to make any choices. I left saying, "If I'm buying a car this weekend, I want to buy it from him!" I wanted to check out a few more cars, and he never made me feel pressured to make a choice. I left to go to other dealerships, and found myself back at Volkswagen in the morning ready to make a decision. He answered all of my questions (no matter how silly or ridiculous they seemed for me to be asking) and did everything he could to make sure I, the customer was 150% happy with my choice. He spent basically two days with me, which is a lot of time for anyone. I told him buyers remorse was my biggest fear in making a big purchase, and I can honestly say I have been now driving around and smiling for two weeks so far thanks to my new Tiguan and the customer service at Dean Team Volkswagen of Kirkwood! Even a few days after my purchase, Reese stayed in contact with me to check on how I was enjoying the car, give me website links on how to better enjoy and care for my car, and to schedule a quick service to get some very, very minor scuffs buffed out - thanks to Joe I was in and out within a half hour!! Easy to work with and friendly Christina met me as I came in and let me know what was going on with my appointment. She's friendly and easy tow work with.
