We decided to move forward with a trade in and purchase of a new vehicle. What makes me believe that this experience was outstanding is the fact that I live in Wichita, KS. Larry over-nighted the paperwork to me, detailing everything I needed to sign and initial. I filled it all out and sent it back to him...all on his dime. The logistical piece of this is also noteworthy. Larry paid to have the new car delivered to me in Wichita and paid to have the trade in driven back to Kirkwood.
