I was immediately connected and contacted by Reese from sales, who was incredibly accommodating, patient, and agreeable. He, and everyone else at Dean Team, made my sudden car buying experience very positive and orderly. Reese was great about taking care of some additional work done on the new vehicle and having it ready when I needed it. Kyle from sales was also really helpful with providing some mobility/ adaptive equipment information on Volkswagen before I purchased.
