Very poor customer service I am rating this dealership at rock bottom for customer service. My daughter bought a car and Adam was her salesman. Her promised her a second key for I am rating this dealership at rock bottom for customer service. My daughter bought a car and Adam was her salesman. Her promised her a second key for her car and then lied about it to the manager on duty. They also screwed up the paperwork and we had to take the vehicle back to the dealership to get that taken care. We had to call them about it, because we caught the mistake. Adam was supposed to be there and help us get it straightened out. But guess what, he didn't show up and no one could get him to call them back. No apologies or offer of some gas for our trouble. While there I inquired about the extra key we were promised and the manager on duty said he would take care of it personally and call us when it was taken care of. Well guess what! He never called us back either! I would not recommend this dealership or its employees to anyone! They do not give a xxxx about you as a customer!!! More
