Deception I had purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Passat from this dealership 3 years ago. Never once been in an accident. Well, I went to trade my car in at another dealership and low and behold. I get informed that it has been in an accident. When I called and complained. They told me they would trade my car in. My car books for $8,500. They offered $5,000. Unacceptable and honestly don’t bother going here because they are all about selling a car, they will not tell you everything about the car. Like whether it’s been in an accident or not. Very unsatisfied. Would not recommend. Don’t bother coming here because they tell you what you want to get you to buy the car, but leave out important things such as accidents reported, etc. Don’t buy from Dean Team Volkswagen!!!! More

Their pricing was upfront and transparent and they made a process I was dreading into something seamless and enjoyable. They even were able to find a much better rate for my financing than what I had been pre-approved for prior to coming in. The day I purchased my car, my sister went to a different dealership, and her experience was the exact experience I was fearful of having. High pressure sales tactics and pricing that changed from one conversation to the next. No to mention additional fees that were not disclosed upfront. When I am ready to buy again, Dean Team will be my first stop. More

Definitely a LEARNING experience So i went in a couple months back to purchase a vehicle. Only my first time buying one so yes I'm new to this ( lol yes can you feel the pain already) So i went in a couple months back to purchase a vehicle. Only my first time buying one so yes I'm new to this ( lol yes can you feel the pain already) anyhoo so i come in super excited, first car, mind you my other car is on its last wheel and bolt. I have $2000.00 that i have saved (took forever to save that) for a down payment. i sat down with the sales guy we spoke about numbers then boom the application process begun. I knew the number they accepted for the truck and i was ok with that (we were all happy) we agreed on 17,900 with 2k down equals 15,900,, hey simple math if you ask me .. Long story short i didn't get approved that night ( i was so hurt lol) i went home did some more financing work online and got approved and received a call 2 days later to come sign all the paperwork... so here i go so happy and just smiling from ear to ear, i sit for a while then the finance guy comes to get me to sign all the paperwork. As he's getting the paperwork ready we start talking about vacations, other nationalities, past experiences and so on... all while he started to hand me paperwork to sign and pretty much just telling me where to sign ( HUGE MISTAKE) cus here goes my dummy self just signing away just happy i got approved . i leave and paperwork should be mailed in a few weeks. Days maybe a week or so pass and paperwork is in. Now i have the luxury of paying personal property taxes (which is also new to me lol) and registering the car, i get there to register it and look at my loan paperwork which i also received and that is where EVERYTHING started adding up... They charged me 18k something for the truck after my 2k down, not only was that NOT the number we agreed on but they noted the ORIGINAL cost of 19k on the sales paperwork which means MORE personal property tax for ME , yay me So i call down and speak to Brent who said well you signed so your loss. oh and the call back he never returned AFTER that, but hey why would he when i signed and that's all that mattered.. By all means i guess i agree since I'm the dummy who just signed. But they definitely took advantage of a young lady who knew no better. DEFINITELY a learning lesson that i wish others can learn from They were definitely friendly but not ethical More
