Great service I located a car I was interested in on the web that was owned by Dean Team in Kirkwood, MO. I asked to be contacted by one of their sales representa I located a car I was interested in on the web that was owned by Dean Team in Kirkwood, MO. I asked to be contacted by one of their sales representatives. John Townsend contacted me via text almost immediately and asked how he could communicate with me. My response initially was text, but over the course of the transaction we had several phone calls. I requested pictures and other information, which he responded to almost immediately every time. It didn't matter whether it was early in the morning or late in the evening, John communicated very, very well. As part of the deal, I asked if he could meet me half way between Kirkwood and my home in Arkansas, which he agreed to without hesitation. To summarize, John was great. Terrific communication and service! And his company handled the paperwork impeccably. I dealt with a wonderful young lady named Shelby that handled her side of the deal (paperwork) as well as John handled his side. I would absolutely recommend them. Bill Barnes More
