I just got back from picking up my new VW Atlas from the service department at Dean Team Volkswagen Kirkwood. I took it in for service because the 7-pin trailer light outlet (which came installed on the veh service department at Dean Team Volkswagen Kirkwood. I took it in for service because the 7-pin trailer light outlet (which came installed on the vehicle when I bought it) does not work. I have tested it with a Curt trailer brake controller and a 7-pin tester and neither of them show it working. However, they both work fine on my daughter's Ford. The guy at the Dean Team Volkswagen Kirkwood service desk said it worked fine for them. I tested it before I left the dealer and it still didn't work. So, I went back in and asked them to show it working to me. His response was that "everyone was packing up to leave for the day". (It was not yet 5:00 and they close at 6:00.) He said I could bring it back tomorrow, but I didn't get the impression they would be any more helpful tomorrow. Dean Team Volkswagen Kirkwood gets an "F" in customer service from me. More
