Absolutely awful took my car here 5 times in 2024 for issues funny thing is every time there was an issue and they say the fixed it we would have to bring it back cause now something else is wrong. The mailed us a letter accusing us of not paying when we had the paid receipt showing it we paid in full then after that we had to bring the car back again for issue and when we went to pick it up the guy was in a panic because he didn't know where are car was. He found it luckly. Absolutely worse place just takes your money and doesn't fix anything. Don't use them they are awful. More

Last month, December 26th, to be exact, I reached a deal on a '23 Audi A6. Yesterday, January 14th another person at a local Audi dealership noticed a hole in my rear bumper. It looked like someone had try on a '23 Audi A6. Yesterday, January 14th another person at a local Audi dealership noticed a hole in my rear bumper. It looked like someone had try to install something in the bumper. Knowing that there was another identical car still on the lot I went back and sure enough an almost identical hole was found on that car. I notified the salesman of this, and he assured me he would have the GM (Colin) call me first thing the next morning. Fast forward less than 24 hours and Colin never returned my call instead the salesman called me and informed me that nothing could be done. It was sold as is. This afternoon I went to the dealership and spoke to Colin. He said the only thing he may do would be to have his mechanic try to fix it and we could split the cost! I asked that he have an independent local Audi dealership fix it and he said he wasn't going to pay for that. I have never been more unimpressed by the GM of a business that supposedly prides itself on customer satisfaction. Today will be the last time I step foot on that lot. Oh, and if you're reading this and are in the market for a 2023 black Audi A6, just know Dean Team has one on the lot with a nice cut out in the rear bumper. More

I had purchased a vehicle from Dean Team VW sight unseen. I had specifically asked my salesperson if the vehicle had ANY cosmetic or mechanical flaws. He assured me that the vehicle was in fantastic shape wi I had specifically asked my salesperson if the vehicle had ANY cosmetic or mechanical flaws. He assured me that the vehicle was in fantastic shape with zero issues. I shipped the car sight unseen trusting my salespersons judgment and upon arrival had soon noticed that I was lied to. The vehicle showed up filthy, it looked like it had not been detailed in months, had no gas in it, had ‘08 DATED dry rotted tires that were not safe to drive on (I don’t know how this passed inspection), had front bumper damage and to top it off I noticed that the entire vehicle has been repainted. Every bumper was a shade off/some had chipping paint. I put trust in my salespersons words and the clean carfax report that I was provided (obviously not). I would not recommend buying a vehicle from Dean Team VW Kirkwood let alone a vehicle sight unseen from them. It’s sad to work had to purchase my dream car to only be screwed over and taken advantage of as an out of state buyer. More
