In my experience, negotiating the purchase of a new car is never fun, but Dave knew I had done my research, he listened carefully to what I wanted and needed, including the all-important selling price, and we came to a fair deal in record time. He found the vehicle from a production run still at the factory and kept me in the loop with frequent updates from final build through delivery. I picked up the car a few days ago, the purchase process at the dealership from start to finish took less time than your standard trip to Target - impressive! Overall, Dave made it less about the sale and more about ensuring I achieved my goals, resulting in the exact vehicle I was shopping for without the typical hassle. He's a true unicorn in the car business; he's definitely earned my trust and my future purchases. More

This lady sold me a car that dies all the time. I have had to no joke bring that car back once a week to be repaired, it's still not fixed. I'm taking it to the dealership in Ballwin. She ignores you when you come in, makes you wait for whatever she's doing at the time, she has absolutely no customer service skills, unless you're trying to buy a car, and in which case she's very nice. I guess because she knows money's involved. After she has sold you the car, good luck. She only cares up until her commission clears. I would avoid her and that dealership for that matter. More

BUT the car had not been prepped, no gas, dirty, blocked in, AND the passenger seat was inoperable, locked. SERVICE would not fix it, "takes too much time". My brother and I were assured by Michael and others to take car "We will take care of it "so we drive off in Eos and had it fixed for $358.44 back in MN. Four months of calls, emails and broken promises by Michael and Bridget at Dean Team VW Kirkwood. I got $0.00. SAD. Beware! More
