Then I called Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen and, although they were also completely booked, they "didn't want to leave us in trouble in the middle of a long distance trip." MARK and JEFF squeezed us in, fixed the problem (which turned out to be a recall) AND also fixed another recall airbag issue. THEY ARE TERRIFIC in our book! Very thoughtful and caring despite their busy schedule. We highly recommend this dealership. Obviously if their service department treats customers so well, their sales staff must be wonderful as well. More
