Dean Team and Paul in their service dept. have always been extremely responsive to our needs. I know they are very backlogged on service openings. She went to Dean Team this morning but the earliest service appt. was almost a month away.seeing how bothered she was, I took the vehicle down this afternoon, explained too Paul th situation. Paul, as he had always done, got it in immediately despite the tight shop schedule. They diagnosed the problem and upgraded the programming. Problem solved!!!
