I came in on a saturday to buy some power steering fluid for my 01 jetta and the service department was closed, I walked inside to the sales floor and as soon as i walked in they asked if I needed help. This dealer is a half hour drive from our home but we go there because of how well we're treated - we get a loaner while the car's in service so that we can do our shopping! What a luxury!
